Our steps
Start-up requires the best trained workforce and our experience in this segment has been developed over many years of project execution. We have the necessary expertise to achieve successful commissioning and start-up prior to handover of your project. Our commitment to highly trained workforce allows us to guarantee a safe and smooth operation for our clients and consultants alike.
Start-Up and commissioning guidelines:
- (a) Static tests.
- (b) Operating tests.
- (c) Verification reporting.
- (d) Provision of Design, workshop and As-Built drawings.
- (e) Demonstration of systems operation to the consultant/ end user as per standard and code.
Operations and Maintenance Manuals
A well indexed document identifying key system elements is presented to the client during handing over of the project. This documents serves as a reference to the project and can aid anywhere from operations and control procedures to troubleshooting and emergency procedures. In addition to that, it also contains complete manufacturer manuals and preventative maintenance and repair guidelines.
On-Site Protection
Unisafe will also provide continuous protection for projects that are case sensitive. Technicians will remain on-site until the system is fully installed and standing by, in some cases, technicians can remain onsite up to 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
